ABSTRACT
This paper presents results of an investigation of the electrification of various kinds of thermally
used transformer oil. The electrification measurement was carried out in a system with a rotating
disk, which causes quantitative and qualitive changes in used oil electrification. It has been found
that the changes induced in used transformer oil under the influence of thermal aging. The
investigations were carried out on various types of used transformer oil in order to study their
static electrification as a function of aging process.
