ABSTRACT

This work presents a criterion to test the theoretical nuclear matrix element of ββ decaymodes for the isotopes128,130Te. The test has been carried out for the 0νββ decay mode by

using different techniques with small and large basis of the Hilbert space. The lowest values

of the mean deviation from the criterion used in that test are: 1.915%, 1.603% for small and

large basis. These results belong to full-RQRPA and Pn RQRPA techniques respectively.

The total decay rates ratio of
128,130Te is determined theoretically from this work and

experimentally from different laboratories by geochemical technique. The theoretical and

experimental results of such ratio are consistent. In this set of results, the most precise one is

the theoretical total decay rates ratio 2520.828
± 329.395. This result is calculated in this

work by using Pn RQRPA technique with large basis.
