تاريخ النشر Talal Al-Harigi, 27 اكتوبر, 2007 05:45:06سنحة لي الفرصة لحضور هذا المؤتمر عام 2003م وكان جدا ممتع وعلى وجة الخصوص ان المؤتمر يقدم نظرة مختلفة عما تعودنا علية في التخطيط بما يقدمة من افكان من اوربا الغربية والاتحاد الاوروبي. ومن ذلك التوجة وجهة نظر بالتخطيط غير امريكية ولها اتجاهات ومبادئ مختلفة تماما. بالاضافة الى ذلك نجح هذا المؤتمر بتكامل تقنية المعلومات والتخطيط العمراني. ولا ننسى تواجدة في مدينة فيينا والتي تعتبر معرض تخطيطي قائم بنفسة.
